I study the history of chemotherapy (use of special drug cocktails to treat cancer) and found a statement that is to the benefit of chemotherapy for the benefit of the terrible Nazi research conducted during World War II. There are still, even after all this time, a debate on the use of "experience" and its results. I could not find what I wanted, I thought it was a law or something happened, the sealed documents in scientific research. I suspect that, if they are used only rarely and in some of them listed below found, some of which (of course not all) have serious shortcomings that make the scientific use of very limited experimental even if it is allowed.
