I do not know know about your site, but in general both will receive their money by issuing loans for the country they are trying to develop --- for example, say I have the opportunity to pay $ xx per month and have a clear entitled to a value of $ xxx $ $ i put the land as collateral to borrow money to improve the country through the development - sell waste $ $ xxx and call back your loan and profit!
