Synthesis of cysteine and B-6 and / or methionine? Are they able to synthesize, as human beings?

I feed my cat Wellness brand canned food and supplements from partially cooked meat. Taurine does not appear as a nutrient found in Rock Cornish Game Hen, but cysteine and B-6, such as methionine, and I know which are the precursors of taurine. Cats are able to synthesize taurine?
